I thought since Zar was poking holes in the code around here that I would give him some homework to help him and his league understand the new system.  Here are a couple threads from the Civ4 league on the Glicko2 system, just remember when reading them that we did have some bugs in the code at first but they have all been fixed along time ago, so concentrate on the techncial details rather than the banter.  I found that ctons are especially a spot that was not well understood at first.

Coudl the cton discount be changes to say 30% for players having played more then 100 matches? and left at 25% for those with only a few matches?
Would this fix the noobies getting mucho skill while vets get nothing for wins?
