Dece is a quitter when hes losing. That is a proven fact.

Its not an attack on someones character when you call a liar a liar. It is a fact.

Fact: Dece quits when hes losing.

Its like calling an elephant an elephant and then Peta jumps in with guns and starts to shoot you because the elephant doesn't like to be called an elephant, it rather be called Loxodonta africana.

Thats not even a shot at him, (or his back, hi Dece, I see you reading this...) lol.

Anyway; the point is he quits. Maybe after his suspension, he will not quit anymore, then to call him a quitter will be an attack on his character. Will a tiger change his stripes? Only time and Deces new experiences in jail will determine if that is the case.

So, until Dece is out of the slammer, we are free to label him nine different kinds of quitter, as this is what he is  :)

Quite some bold statements you make there SPM.

A criminal doesn't receive less consideration to his legal remedy just because the court of the first instance thinks he's guilty.

hmmm does your law firm not keep you very busy, that you need to spend 2 pages analyzing arguments made by players regarding a computer game?  I sure hope some of the $5 premium membership $$$ goes towards the forum legal services offered by imhotep.

FYI your statement above doesnt make much sense to the situation even if you remove the double negative at the start- what legal remedy does a multiple quitter have the rights to receive in terms of being punished based on games quit?(sorry decebal I dont really want you to be boxed)?  I would suggest speaking in tezrms you understand instead of trying to appear smart.

Once upon a time, there was a powerful and surprising rush.  In the end that humiliation motivated me way more than anything else could. (TMB)

I wasn't talking about dece's suspension but about his three other complaints about RD issues he asked CS to review. And appealing to the Head Admin is the closest thing to a remedy around here. But whatever you say. Seems Civ V is out already since you're here again.

First of all, + like 1,000,000 to Z for that comment.  Its kind of funny how whenever a large depute like this breaks out it always ends up having two sides, the PPP+ AP3 side and the Moral values side.  I have NO problem with PPP looking out for their own, in fact I find it quite admirable, however it is not O.K. in my book for PPP do declare war on the rest of the league whenever someone has a problem.  I have tried my absolute hardest to stay neutral in this matter and to see both sides of the story but I have had it.  I'm sick and tired of these PPP consulates taking shots at CS and the rest of the ADMIN team, the same thing happened when they all quit admin and tried to cause the league to crumble.  Any time something serious happens the laugh it off and call you inferior, and there is only so much of that, which I can take.  No i am not elite, and you know what, no im not even close to as good as the PPP players, But i'm not an asshole.  And I'd rather live knowing that I wasn't an asshole then live knowing I was good at civilization. The fact of the matter is that if all members of PPP left tomorrow this league would live on, there are new clans popping up every day (none of which have lasted mind you because of the dominance)

And please save your stories about the countless hours that these people have sacrificed for me, I have heard it 1000 times, i thank them for what they have done but it doesn't permit tyranny.

I find it also funny how everyone forgets how much CS and SPM have done for this league, and that without their efforts we wouldn't have any of this.

It is very hard to find people who are completely fair and impartial and never throw a hurtful joke about someone atleast. But CanuckSoldier is as close as you can get to that from this community.

And I for one appriciate all his efforts he has made for us, and he is the best head admin we could hope for. By far better than anyone of you that have posted here against him.

So thank you CS!

Marr lets compare it to a teacher of a class. Lets say there are a lot of individuals and one of them is actually a nice one but has some strange behaviour sometimes. Now how would it be if teacher would just mock him in front of the class. Doesn't he have a special responsibility to treat every pupil in a fair way?

All I am saying is that both Canucksoldier (Headadmin) and SirPartyMan (HeadTourneyDirector) have a special responsibility and shouldn't mock someone in open forums.
Besides that there is a rule in the rulesets stating that.

P.S. I am not fighting against the fact that Dece quit, he did it several times I was in game. Though you can also mention that most (means more than half of the games he played) went smooth and till the end.
There is only ONE truth out there. That truth will be revealed in any case. The only question is the time.

It's not rage quitting, it's self protection. I just don't want to get angry about all those stupidities here and urged to write posts nobody understands anyway any longer. It will be better for everyone - including myself. Hf!

Ya lets do everybody a favor and actually delete it rather than just talk about it.  This forum will be a better place.  You guys can sure dish it out, but you quit the forum when you get it back, ridiculous.  How about you stop wasting our time quitting, bitching, and insulting us.

You people forget that this is a free league. CS & SPM and all others offer us this league without making any money out of it. You get to benefit from their efforts and their dedication....in return when the make the slightest comment that is not "proper" you jump in to the bash....you act like spoiled little kids that have no appreciation whatsoever....and Ok some of you are spoiled little kids in real life...but alot of you are not!

LOL so much fake hoo-haa about CS implying dece quits games.  The fact that he's in the pen-box for a record 30 days should tell you its not an opinion but a fact.

And is that isn't enough "proof" just ask anyone that plays regularly on the ladder (probably including his own clan mates).

So what's the issue? CS called a cow a cow?

I might be up for another one this Friday, Dece.

Btw, these games often don't last past 5 hours.

Shorter depending on if Dec quits his own open ironman :P

CS

This was all that was said, guys.  "Shorter IF dec quits his own open ironman"... With a nice little " :P " at the end of it.  Not "shorter WHEN dec quits his own open ironman."  That would assume that he definitely will quit it.

Maybe I am being too technical... but seriously, folks.  ::)

Had you actually been concerned about what he posted, you would have privately PM'ed CS and told him that you felt insulted and asked him politely to change his post.  But instead.... all of this.
