How are the points calculated?
How often they change?
What's the award for #1, #2, #3 etc?

Or google Glicko2 there are lots of info out there already.

Fundamentally you get points for beating players that were higher in skill than you at the start of the game.  How many points is really a function of the difference between you and the players you beat.(the system also takes into consideration your trends, ie one loss is not going to change your points a lot, doing it 4 times in a row is)  Or for that matter this works in reverse, in losing points.
